Production Technology of PVC Foam Slippers

The sole of PVC foaming slippers is produced by molding foaming process. The main operations are as follows.

① Ingredients and kneading The raw material PVC resin is poured into a kneading machine, and then various additives are added for heating and kneading. The heating steam pressure is about 0.29MPa, and the kneading time is 45~60min before discharging.

The kneaded mixture is sent to the double-roll plasticator for plastication, and the plastication temperature is controlled at about 130 ℃.

③ Molding blanks The pieces drawn after plastication are punched according to the sample plate (generally rectangular) to obtain the pieces. According to the color required by the sole, the pieces of various colors can be matched, and then the pieces can be weighed according to the capacity of the mold cavity. The weighing should be more accurate to prevent overflow or shortage of materials. Then, the mold filled with the sheet material is fed into a hot press for heating, plasticization and foaming, cooling and shaping after foaming, and then demolding to remove the plasticized blank. The process conditions for molding are as follows: the molding plasticizing temperature is 160~165 ℃. The heating steam pressure is 0.686~0.784MPa, the molding plasticizing pressure is 4. 9MPa, the molding plasticizing time is 10~20min, the cooling setting temperature is 50 ℃, and the cooling setting time is 20min.

④ Heat treatment The purpose of heat treatment is to further heat and foam the blank under normal pressure to obtain foamed sole sheet material. Its operation is to send the bad material into a steam-heated drying room, and control the temperature of 100~130 ℃ for about 10~15min to make it foam. The foamed sheet material at the bottom of the foamed slippers is sent out of the drying room and then sent to the warehouse for one week before being sent to punching.

⑤ Blanking and assembly Cut the foamed sheet material into a slipper bottom sample according to the specifications and sizes of the slipper, then punch holes and assemble with the slipper climbing belt to obtain the finished slipper.
